At Kotn, we want you to love your essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an instant store credit to find your next favorite piece.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
